The Guarantees of Origin have to be issued by one of the officially appointed Issuing Bodies associated in the Association of Issuing Bodies (AIB). A total of 130.000 MWh of Guarantees of Origin shall be acquired from Dutch renewable energy installations, plus 930.000 MWh from outside The Netherlands.
