Description of the changes
- New page "Balance delta 2017"
This includes the change and extension of the column "Emerg" on the page "Balance delta with IGCC". The column header changes to "Incident". Until now this column only presented the activation status of incident reserve for situations with large power shortages (upward reserve). The activation status of incident reserve for situations with large power surpluses (downward reserve) will be added. - The page "Balance delta with prizes" will be deleted in the second half of next year.
This page has no added value while the information is also available on the other pages with balance-delta information": the version "Balance delta with IGCC" remains available.
