Sample contracts
To operate grid connections, there must be at least one grid connection contract between the subscriber and TenneT, which may contain additional requirements depending on the specific connection situation. Among other things, the grid connection contract contains a precise technical description of the grid connection. The grid connection regulations and any applicable requirements for offshore grid connections are part of the grid connection contract. TenneT TSO GmbH is required to publish sample contracts for grid access in accordance with the Energy Economy Act (EnWG) from 7 July 2005. TenneT TSO GmbH meets this requirement at this point.
