Safety Culture Ladder – key benefits!

Safety is an important topic in many organisations and we are seeing many great initiatives. For example, the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL). TenneT has embraced the SCL to make things that are not tangible, such as attitudes and behaviour relating to safety, visible. Many suppliers are developing programmes designed to help them work on their safety culture. That is an excellent trend, after all we are 'Partners in Safety'. Be inspired by the experiences of our suppliers with the Safety Culture Ladder!

The Experiences of our Partners

Increasingly more suppliers have become certified at Level 3 or 4 of the Safety Culture Ladder. We at TenneT are very pleased about this. On this page you will find the (abbreviated) responses of various suppliers. If your company is certified, send an e-mail to safety(at)tennet.eu.

Watch! Video of suppliers about their SCL experiences

TenneT has carried out a pilot project together with four suppliers. The objective was to go through the necessary steps to achieve Level 3 on the Safety Culture Ladder. In the end, all four suppliers as well as TenneT have been certified at Level 3.
In the video below, the participants in the pilot share their lessons learned.
